Welcome to the XYRI Chat Rooms. This area has open rooms that any one may enter and use. By clicking the link you agree that you are an adult or have permission to enter these rooms. You agree that you will not post anything in these rooms that could be considered vulgar or pornographic, and that you will maintain Christian-like language and behavior.

If you are a Director or leader and would like to schedule the use of a private chatroom for distance meetings or conferences please feel free to e-mail us. Be sure to include the date you would like to use the chat room, the number of users, and the start and end times of your meeting. If we are able to approve your request, we will e-mail you with your confirmation for use, including a password and instructions.

Timeframes will be strictly enforced, and your conference will automatically be ended when time expires. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to extend conferences, so please be aware of the time, so you will be prepared when your conference is terminated. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause.

Your invitees will need to become registered chat room users, before they can enter your meeting. They will need to register in advance, and you will be responsible for their activity during the meeting. As a general rule, we disable private messaging for meetings. However, if you would like private messaging enabled for all of your invitees, you may include that in your request. If you would like only certain users to be enabled, they must be registered at least 2 weeks prior to your meeting.

Please submit all meeting requests at least 2 full weeks prior to the date you are requesting. XYRI reserves the right to refuse your request for any reason and without explanation. XYRI will not be held responsible for any content or activity within your meeting.

XYRI is not yet registered as a not-for-profit organization. However we do accept non tax-deductable donations (suggests $20.00), to cover the scheduling and facilitating of meetings. The conference room, as well as our mailing address will be included in your confirmation email.
